THE HISTORY of LusoBIBLOS
Founded in 2005, its history is intertwined with that of its founder. Orlando Pires, who had his first contacts with the graphic arts since he has known himself, is the son of a master bookbinder and a family with several generations in the graphic arts.
With a degree in Design and graphic production from ISEC (Lisbon) and a specialist degree in document management and restoration of graphic documents from RDW (Edinburgh, Scotland), they allowed him to develop and expand skills in various technological and materials areas, developing activity professional, as an advisor to various agencies, companies and trainer since 1984.
The knowledge he acquired from the market allowed him to choose to work with niche markets, on quality projects, recreating the mastery of ancient artisans in traditional graphic arts work, but with the quality that today demands.
Since its foundation, LusoBIBLOS has been concerned with continually demonstrating its competence, capacity and availability for the current communication projects with which it is involved.
The respect he managed to achieve with the main agencies and designers on the market proved to be the most certain path to winning over and retaining clients (friends). Concerned with constant innovation, LusoBIBLOS privileges the traditional work of graphic arts, abandoned by the vast majority of graphic industries, in projects linked to quality, creativity and originality.
The close work it develops with creators in the search for the best solutions for each specific project is what best characterizes and distinguishes it.
